1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, and payment information when subscribing. When you connect your Etsy or Printify account, we store the OAuth token or Personal Access Token needed to interact with those APIs on your behalf. We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to provide and improve SellerKite services, process payments, communicate with you about your account, and enable Etsy listing and Printify print-on-demand features. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

All sensitive tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. Your data is stored on secure servers and we follow industry-standard security practices.

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with: Etsy (listing management) and Printify (print-on-demand product creation and fulfillment). Payment processing and AI-assisted generation are provided through specialized service partners. When you submit a fulfillment order, customer name, email, phone, and shipping address are transmitted to Printify and retained in SellerKite's order and webhook records to support fulfillment, tracking, support, and fraud prevention. Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for these integrations.

5. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your account data at any time from the Account Settings page. You can disconnect your Etsy or Printify account at any time. To delete your account entirely, contact us at the email below.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
