1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SellerKite, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

SellerKite is an AI-powered tool that helps sellers create, optimize, and manage Etsy listings and Printify print-on-demand products. Features include AI image analysis, mockup generation, SEO optimization, product creation, and direct publishing or fulfillment workflows.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our secure payment services. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Your subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled.

5. Etsy Integration

By connecting your Etsy account, you authorize SellerKite to read and write listings on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your listings comply with Etsy's policies. SellerKite is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy.

6. Printify Integration

By connecting your Printify account, you authorize SellerKite to create products and submit fulfillment orders using your selected Printify shop. You are responsible for selecting suitable products, reviewing prices and artwork, providing accurate customer shipping information, and complying with Printify's terms and API terms. SellerKite is not affiliated with or endorsed by Printify.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading artwork, you confirm you have the rights to use it. AI-generated content (descriptions, tags, mockups) is provided as suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing and approving before publishing.

8. Limitation of Liability

SellerKite is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for losses resulting from use of the service, including but not limited to lost sales, listing or product errors, fulfillment delays, shipping issues, or Etsy and Printify account issues.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
